You can call our audio response service any time to get your account information, share draft clearings, make transfers and more. This service is available in both English and Spanish. Just follow the simple directions below.

    • Enter account number and first two letters of main accountholder’s last name followed by “#” (for letters Q and Z use the zero “0” key).
    • Enter full social security number of main accountholder followed by “#”.
    • When signing on for the first time, you will be asked to select a Personal Identification Number (PIN) between four and ten digits long. It cannot begin with zero.)
